DISCIPLESHIP
We are committed to allowing the Holy Spirit to make us more like Jesus. If you're interested in understanding discipleship and what it means to be a member of the church join us as we explore the principles of faith, community, and service together.
"Come follow me and I will teach you to fish for people"
Matthew 4:19
WORSHIP & SACRAMENT
We are devoted to Jesus as Lord in our whole lives.
"Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth"
John 4:23
HOSPITALITY
Generous and friendly welcome and friendly treatment of guests. Our commitment to hospitality helps foster a sense of community and belonging, allowing everyone to focus on their worship experience.
"Keep on loving each other as brothers and sisters. Don't forget to welcome strangers. By doing that, some people have welcomed angels without knowing it."
Hebrews 13:1-2
DIVERSITY
We gladly welcome many different types of people to join us in this work.
"But wanting to justify himself he asked Jesus, 'and who is my neighbor?'(...) Jesus replied, 'which of these do you think was a neighbor?' 'the one who showed mercy.' Jesus told him. 'Go and do likewise'"
Luke 10:29, 36-37
RECOVERY
We participate in recovering the image of God in ourselves and others. Our recovery group is a supportive community where participants engage in discussions, share their experiences, and provide mutual support as they navigate their recovery journeys. We emphasize fostering a sense of community, allowing individuals to draw strength from one another. We are dedicated to creating an environment of understanding and encouragement, helping each member grow and thrive as they work towards healing and personal development.
"And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into his image with intensifying glory"
2 Corinthians 3:18
MISSION
We live as generous and altruistic people sent as Christ's ambassadors. Our outreach to children includes Backpack Buddies ministry in partnership with St. Martin North Elementary School and Casa Aleluyia ministry in Guatemala. Our vision is a seamless integration of ministry to and with children and their families in all of these contexts.
"For we are what he made us created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God had already prepared to be our way of life."
Ephesians 2:10
