Children who rely on free breakfast and lunch at school are often food insecure on the weekends. The Bridge Church currently sponsors 41 children at St. Martin North Elementary school with food for the weekends and during long holiday breaks. You can help! Your donations will help us continue this program and grow to serve more hungry children.
Weekly Meal Bags
Each week our students are sent home with a bag of nonperishable food to eat over the weekend. Here's a list of food we send home with each child!
- Oatmeal
- Grits
- Breakfast bars
- Ramen noodles
- Macaroni and cheese cups
- Ravioli
- Soup
- Applesauce
- Fruit cups
- Pudding cups
- Granola bars
- Peanut butter crackers

$6.00 donation will feed a child for a single weekend
$200.00 donation will feed a child for half of the school year
$400.00 donation will feed a child for every weekend & extended break of the school year

FAMILY PACKS
Backpack Buddies provides family packs for the extended holiday breaks. These packs go out five times a year: Fall Break, Thanksgiving break, Christmas break, Mardi Gras, Spring Break/Easter. Our family packs provide nutritious yet non perishable food for the entire family. Our family packs cost $30-$35 per child.
